If these times don’t suit you, please let us know as we’ll be opening new times based on demand. Also, we offer small group training and personal training services in case you have more specific needs.

By using dumbbells, kettle bells and your own bodyweight, this work out will help you get toned, stronger and build lean muscle to help you burn calories fast.
High intensity interval training with short recovery periods that will speed up your metabolism, melt fat from your body and strengthen your heart and lungs.

It’s a combination of all our sessions put together to push you to your limits. Pay your debts from Friday night or if you know you’ll have naughty food over the weekend, this is perfect for you.
