Not at all! That’s why you’ll be joining. We have people join us at various levels of fitness, people that have never trained before and people who are very fit. You have nothing to worry about. All our workouts can be scaled so that new comers can still participate without feeling completely overwhelmed.
What should I wear and what should I bring with me?
Runners and some comfortable clothes to train in. Also, make sure to bring a mat or a towel, water and some inner cotton gloves for your boxing session.
How many sessions a week should I workout?
This is a decision that most people make based on commitments external to bootcamp, work, kids, etc. To optimise your fitness, we would recommend at least three sessions per week, which will provide you with a good base of regular training.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on many different factors and what your goals are. If you are looking for fat loss then diet has a huge impact on your results as it does for muscle growth. As for a time frame, if you are training at least three times per week you should see some significant progress within a twelve week period. If you are training twice a week it will take a little longer. But remember fitness is a lifestyle it is not a short term fix. It needs to be sustainable and progressive, as does your eating plan otherwise your results will be short lived.
Do you offer Corporate Fitness?
Employee wellness is an investment that pays off in many ways. It’s been shown that when employees create new healthy habits, performance improves at work and absenteeism diminishes. Our corporate fitness program has a duration of 6 to 12 weeks and we train 1 to 2 times per week on-site or in the nearest park. Sessions can be held before work, during lunch time or in the evening and can accommodate up to 30 participants. Can I organise my own group to train with?
What could be better than catching up with your friends and achieving your fitness goals together? If you have 4 or more friends who are looking into getting fit, then this is for you. Our small group training sessions are taught by certified personal trainers, who will make sure that you train safely and have fun at the same time.
